As part of our effort to make going from project upload to quote and order as fast and painless as possible, CircuitHub now supports auto-reconciliation of BOMs that are uploaded along with your design files.
Simply upload a BOM .csv or .tsv file along with your other design files and CircuitHub will automatically reconcile your BOM using this information. You may upload another format, although, it will not be utilized for auto-reconciliation. (If it's your first time trying out CircuitHub and you have a BOM in a different file format, we would be happy to reconcile your first project on your behalf if you reach out via our chat).
At a minimum you must provide a reference designator column, which is used to associate the data from the rest of the row with the imported Project BOM line as well as a column denoting the manufacturer part number.
Below are a couple examples of what the ideal BOMs to upload would look like.
