Automated PCB assembly - quoted in minutes, delivered in days
1. Upload PCB files
Drag and drop your PCB files into the browser. Our system currently works with Altium, EAGLE, and KiCAD. You may also choose to upload a BOM .csv/.tsv along with your EDA files.
2. Reconcile BOM
Our system extracts the part numbers from your EDA files and automatically adds them to your BOM. Immediately know if any parts are out of stock or have MOQs. You can also add alternative parts and custom pricing for each BOM line.
3. Confirm PCB Specs
Specify soldermask color, board thickness, copper weight and more. If you have special requirements like a custom stackup or impedance control your board will be reviewed for a manual quote, typically returned within 24 hours or less.
4. Preview Board
Our board viewer shows you a preview of what your board and placements will look like, helping you to spot any mistakes before you place an order.
5. Quote & Order
Select the number of assembled boards you need and your desired lead time. The quote updates in real time and includes pricing for bare boards, parts, and assembly.
6. Monitor Order Progress
Our order page makes it easy to keep on top of your order once it is placed. See the estimated ship date and talk directly with those on the factory floor to resolve any issues that may come up during the manufacturing process.
